Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn - Care Manager (closing 24.04.26)

SALARY: £28000 to £32000

HOURS: FULL TIME – 35 HOURS A WEEK

CLOSING DATE:  24th April, 2026

Age Cymru Gwynedd a Mȏn are seeking to appoint a Home Care Manager. The successful individual will provide leadership and management to a team of community social care workers in the Felinheli and Nefyn area.


You will be expected to fulfil the registration requirements and performance standards required by Care Inspectorate Wales regulations 2017 and the Social Services and Wellbeing Act.

You will be expected to work within the Gwynedd Council Tender Guidelines.

The post is based at Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn, Bontnewydd, Gwynedd.
